Unless otherwise amended per contract with,
777 Wedding Films, LLC
DBA
Gentile Enterprise.
The following, including the Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, herein known together as the Store Policy, or Contract Policy, constitutes the contract (the “Agreement”) with 777 Wedding Films (the “Videographer" or "Videographers” or Tristan and Arica Gentile, or Gentile Enterprise, and you (the "Client" or "Clients" or “Customer” or “Customers” or “Guests” or the "Bride and Groom") under whos signature signs for all products and services rendered, unless amendments and/or additions are noted in your Tailored Contract with 777 Wedding Films, LLC.
REFUND POLICY
Agreement Termination, Refund & Return Policy
The Client reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time before the date of the Client's wedding. Should the Client terminate the Agreement less than 4 weeks before the wedding date, 50% of all money paid will be subject to a mandatory refund within 90 days. Should the Client cancel the Agreement more than 4 weeks away from the wedding date, the Client is subject to a full refund made within 90 days of notifying the Videographer.
Rescheduling A Wedding
In any event that the bride and groom should need to reschedule the wedding date, the Videographer promises to move all deposits and monies paid to a new available date. If a date is not available, please refer to Agreement Termination, Refund & Return Policy above.
Physical Products
In any event that the Client or Customer receives damaged or faulty products such as Blu-ray DVDs or Wedding Books, 777 Wedding Films guarantees a full refund of all monies paid if notified within 7 days of the Client receiving the damaged product. Optionally, a free replacement of the damaged product will be available but not in addition to the full refund. 777 Wedding Films LLC must be notified by contact via email at gentile.enterprise@gmail.comof all damages.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact Gentile Enterprise if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement, Store Policy, or Tailored Contract policy, at gentile.enterprises@gmail.com.
Checking the boxes provided, entering your name, initials, or signature during the transaction or contract signing will serve as your signature reflecting your consent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, also knows as, our Store Policy, or, Tailored Contract Policy. In the event that your Tailored Contract is customized outside of these terms, amendments will be noted per contract or a new revised policy set will be included in your contract for review before signing. You will be able to preview the Agreement again, post submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records. A digital copy will be sent to the email you have designated or given in the transaction.

Guarantees
Each services includes:
Copies of your raw footage.
Backups of all files stored by us, unless otherwise specified.
2-3 songs throughout your film.
5 renditions.
Your prime files will be shared online for your personal download.
One free set of your files, complete, stored on Blu-ray DVDs.
Any and all edited films will be provided on one free Blu-ray DVD in 1020-4K HD, per film, with custom playback menus and designs.
Creative Preference & Style
On their own behalf and on behalf of the subject: The Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with portfolio of work under 777 Wedding Films LLC and is requesting services with knowledge of the Videographer’s style and what the Videographer's style and work is subject to ; that 777 Wedding Films' services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from videos done by the Videographer in the past; and that in capturing and/or editing the videos the Videographer shall use their own creative and artistic judgment to create videos consistent with their personal style and consistent with their vision and memory of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, The Client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of their personal taste in art or aesthetic preference. The Videographer also promises to use all music suggestions from the Bride & Groom, unless otherwise specified by the Bride & Groom, and to discuss revisions and changes with the Bride & Groom once they are able to view the work, ensuring satisfaction.
Exclusive Videographer Partnership
It is understood that the Videographer is expected to be the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover outlined event, unless specified otherwise by the Bride & Groom while agreed upon by the Videographer. Any conflicts with other video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.
Video & Audio Quality Expectations
The Videographer is not responsible for poor audio, especially if the use of a microphone is prohibited or ignored, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting, the refusal of the client to allow camera-top lighting at the reception, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond their control. The videographer guarantees to adapt and use grainy or shaky footage stylistically, in taste, to compliment the video with a unique aesthetic, always.
Scheduling & Coverage Expectations
The Videographer will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the bride and groom and remain on duty and location for the entire ordered time unless otherwise specified by the Bride & Groom. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive. The Client agrees that not every moment will be captured or capable of being captured and that the Videographer is allowed mandatory bathroom breaks throughout the day. The client also agrees to providing the wedding itinerary and a list of preference shots at least one day before the wedding.
PRIVACY POLICY
Special Permissions
Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required by the Videographer to record at each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions as a matter of legalities, customs or courtesies to outside parties, or style. The Client also accepts all sole responsibility for the capture of wedding guests and their images used for marketing and sharing on social media platforms. If any guest of the Clients’ does not want their physical image captured in video or photo, it is the Clients’ responsibility to inform the Videographers prior to the wedding date.
Rights of Footage
The Videographer reserves the right to use videos and photos for promotional purposes in their own portfolio and commercial branding, only. The client reserves the right to share, keep and make copies of said content if credit is given to the Videographer in public domains. The Client shares legal rights to anything the Videographer will videotape or photograph - including photos, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to the Videographer for inclusion in the Clients' video, with the exception of, music recorded at the reception or ceremony. The images or video we share from your wedding day may be taken down at any time, deleted or destroyed, upon your request.
More Privacy
The Videographer promises not to sell or share any personal information to outside parties, including but not limited to, emails, phones numbers, private conversations, date of wedding event, invitation list, billing information, or any footage and photo content shared or captured before or on the wedding date. The Videographers promise to store back-ups of all footage for as long as they possibly can, unless requested otherwise by the Bride & Groom, but cannot guarantee success in the event of natural disasters or hardware failure.
Tailored Contracts

With something tailored, we will sit down and discuss your day, needs, budget, style, and preferences before sending an invoice.
If you are happy, we’ll write up a contract with the new total, payment plan, retainer fee, and overall expectations of each other. Short, simple, and fair.

First 50% of your package total is due to reserve your wedding date.
Second 50% of total is split: 25% due on, or before, the day of the wedding - the last 25% due once the the product is completed and shared.
This package would include:
Copies of your raw footage, backups of all files stored by us, 2-3 songs throughout your film, and 5 renditions. Your film and all raw files will be shared online to download, and physically by mail on Blu-ray DVDs.
By default you are guaranteed one free set of your files, complete, on Blu-ray DVD. Any and all edited films will also be provided on one free Blu-ray DVD with custom playback menus and designs.
Your initial set of copies must be ordered at checkout or included in your Tailored Contract. For more copies down the road, you may order from our 777 Market.
CUSTOM
We may work out a unique deal, policy and payment plan with each couple that differs from this baseline, upon consultation.
